Comments about Pet Gear AT3 Generation 2 All-Terrain Pet Stroller - Blue:

The front wheel of the three wheeler turned so
freely that it was difficult to push it on the terrain that we needed to use it. We learned that we needed a four wheeler for more stability in the steering of it.

Comments about AT3 Generation 2 All-Terrain Pet Stroller - Blue:

I looked at a lot of pet stroller reviews and was hesitant about buying this one because of the higher cost. I saw another website with a lower cost than but with a lot of complaints about the product not arriving or no customer support, so I went with instead. They offered a 15% off the order. I was extremely impressed how fast they delivered my order. I ordered on Easter Sunday night and the next day, it showed up! I am in Maryland. The box was in bad shape and ripped own on the side and dented, but the stoller and all the parts were fine.

I use the stroller for two large, long Siamese cats (about 14 pounds each). Both can sit in there, and if they are nice to each other, they can sit side by side; otherwise one sits in the front and the other sits behind. If there is only one cat, he can lie down flat.

I like the mesh at the top, so I can look down inside to see how they are doing.

Two entry points are at the front and at the back (more of a square hatch). I use the back hatch since it is smaller and easier to zip close.

I put a fleecy bed and blanket in the bottom to make more padding.

For set-up, it was relatively easy and fast with no tools needed. Take the plastic end caps off and fit the metal poles together into the holes and attach the wheels.

The wheels are really nice and big, made of a harder rubber. They go over the many cracks in the sidewalk well. I am so glad I didn't get small, cheap wheels on the cheaper strollers, I think they would have gotten stuck more or resulted in a bumpier ride for the cats.
I take them around the neighborhood on the sidewalks and cross the streets. To go up the higher lip of driveways, I do have to tilt the stroller back to get the front wheel to go up.

I wish they didn't have the fabric around the front, so the cats would have more of an unobstructed view, but they can sit down or sit up to look over, and maybe it offers a little protection in case of rain. One night, it rained, and I threw my jacket over the top of the stroller and it protected them enough to get them back home before they went crazy from the rain.

There is a hanging storage area at the bottom. I haven't used it. By the stroller handle, there are two cup holders, not very deep, that tilt forward a bit. The Chinet paper coffee cups fit in there and might be okay. I haven't tried to take a drink with me. There is also an oval shaped area, for keys or something. The handle is covered in black foam which makes it comfortable for gripping and so your hands don't get too sweaty. I would have liked the handle to be a little wider, but it is fine for controlling the cart.

The stroller will fold down if you want to take it somewhere, but I have not tried to fold it down and just leave it up in the garage. There is also a step down break to lock the back wheels. I have had the stroller about a month and take the cat or cats out on most nights.

I bought the stroller because one of our cats, loves to go outside on the deck and in the front yard and enjoys having me carry him in my arms up and down the street at night, but I worried about him jumping down and running away. I bought the stroller, so I didn't have to worry about him running away and so we could go farther.

He enjoys the stroller the most, and I think we have walked up to 1.5 miles in it around the neighborhood. I know he has had enough when he get ups and starts pacing. The other cat, who doesn't go out on the porch as much/care for the outside as much unless it is a nice, warm sunny day, doesn't seem to care to care for the stroller. If I ask him if he wants to talk a "walk," he starts to run away. He paces more around inside the stroller, but at times, he has sat down and just looked around absorbing the sights and sounds for short periods.
The other cat, who I got the stroller for, purrs when I pick him up and head to the stroller.

In summary, I think this has is a well made stroller that rolls over the many cracks in the sidewalk well. You do feel them through the handlebar, but the stroller handles them well without getting stuck on the uneven pavement. It is roomy and sturdy. I really like it and am happy I got it. At least 1 of my 2 cats do too.
