Newman's Own Chicken and Brown Rice
Chicken and Brown Rice Formula for Cats is made with natural chicken that was raised without growth hormones and antibiotics and fed only a 100% natural, all-vegetable diet. It is also made with organic brown rice that was grown without pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. The chicken meat provides amino acids essential for muscles, hormones, enzymes, antibodies and structural and protective tissues, while the whole grains supply complex carbohydrates for sustained energy and B vitamins and beneficial fiber to maintain a healthy digestive tract and promote normal stools. The healthful oils in rice bran contain important phytonutrients, including heart-healthy oryzanols. And Chicken and Brown Rice Formula has no poultry byproducts, chemical fertilizers, antibiotics, steroids, chemical additives, artificial preservatives, wheat, corn, artificial flavors, artificial colors or dyes.

Comments about Chicken & Salmon:
I know it seems expensive to buy organic meat but my pets have really changed and are so much calmer and less worried using these wonderful products! Their coats also look great. So glad they are available.
Comments about Newman's Own Organics Chicken & Salmon:
For the third time several cans of food have been damaged enough that the vacuum seal was broken the cans were growing maggots. In addition to being just plain gross I am trying to decide if the maggots eggs that are growing once the seal break lets air into the can have come from the warehouse environment because your staff damages cans frequently OR it he eggs are present in the Newmans Own cans as a by product of poor conditions when producing the food. At some point I will ask the Newmans Own folks if their plant is that unsanitary. perhaps all warehouses have problems with damaging package goods but it seems like a pretty high rate of clumsy to me.
