After being a loyal LitterMaid user for the past 16 years, I can honestly say I am very surprised of the poor quality of this product.
If you are looking for a littermaid and have more than one cat, do not purchase the new limited edition black littermaid- stay with the old reliable normal littermaid-
Thank goodness this is a limited edition because it is a terrible product
