Comments about Flip N Toss Carrot:

The bunnies initially will grab this carrot from me when I shake it at them (it has some kind of noise making filling in it) and they'll toss it around and chew on it for a couple of minutes. Then, it just lays on floor of their pens, completely untouched and ignored for days at a time until I pick it up and shake it at them again. So, I guess it might be more of and interaction type of toy. But I can't tell if they are responding to it because they are stimulated by it or because I'm annoying them with it until they attack the thing that's annoying them. It is fun to watch them, I just wish they played with it a little more on their own.

Comments about Flip N Toss Carrot:

Every rabbit I've ever had or worked with has used and liked this sisal carrot; I like to keep an extra around for when the next one wears out. How "durable" it is depends on how much your pet loves it; our youngest bun wears hers out but it's b/c she carries it around with her and sleeps with it like a little girl with her doll. I have tons more photos of our rabbits with this carrot toy than with the other toys. The ropey carrot provides a good chewable alternative to the usual wood blocks etc. and does help keep them from being bored, in our experience. Keep in mind: it is sisal, so if you also have a cat, the cat is going to probably want a carrot too. Not kidding. Also: if in a crate/pen with a molting rabbit or a very furry one, the loose fur can and will stick to the sisal rope like static cling; just check and take two seconds to blow or wipe the fur off of it for your bunny (or cat!).
