Comments about Nature's Promise Guinea Pig Pellets:

I feed ZuPreem guinea pig pellets to my guinea pigs. I feel safe feeding this excellent product to my piggies. It doesn't contain things they shouldn't eat and it's designed with stuff they should. And the price is wonderful for the 20lb bags on Wag.com as compared to purchasing 5lb bags locally.

Comments about Nature's Promise Guinea Pig Pellets:

I have a lot of guinea pigs and wanted a product that I could buy in bulk and was good for them. This was the best that I could find. Just opening the bag I could tell it was fresh and not stale pellets. Also, even though my guinea pigs had food in their cage already, they were so excited when I put these pellets in. They seem to really love it.

Comments about Nature's Promise Guinea Pig Pellets:

i'm a first-time guinea pig "parent", but a long-time animal lover, especially dogs!

our first two guinea pig girls came from a small pet shop in san diego. the shop owner recommended zupreem, stating that it was the best food for them. my husband and i researched every brand in the market, read all the reviews (pros and cons) from other people, and based on our year-long experience with our fur babies, we can confidently say, zupreem is truly the best of the best. we wouldn't dare change to another brand--our babies simply love eating their pellets.
zupreem was making food for a long time for larger and exotic animals--so it is heartening to note that the company decided to make food for the little ones as well.
we take our babies every six months to our vet for a wellness check, and always came back with a clean bill of health. they have shiny fur, their eyes are bright, and they are just happy all around. thanks zupreem!

Comments about Nature's Promise Guinea Pig Pellets:

What's great about Zupreem Nature's Promise for guinea pigs is that it contains NO alfalfa. Guinea pigs reach adulthood at seven months and then can no longer digest alfalfa. Yet alfalfa meal is the most common ingredient in most cavy foods. It's too rich in calcium, and as they cannot digest it, it forms calcium deposits in their little bladders (i.e. bladder stones)! Male guinea pigs, like humans, will have more difficulty in passing these stones - and yes, stones can kill! My piggies love Nature's Promise, too, which helps, and as it is really good for them, you can't lose!
