Ideal Pet Products Ruff-Weather Pet Door with Telescoping Frame
Whether you live and work in the Great Plains or North where the temperature plummets, or in the South- east or West where Summer is endless, the cost of energy has sky rocketed. So, either heating or cooling the back yard with an old fashioned pet door just won't do anymore. In some cases the energy waste is like opening and closing the door itself 4 or 5 times a day. Ideal Pet has the answer with The Ruff-Weather Door's air pocket between 2 soft flaps, making it a great energy efficient insulator. The Ruff-Weather series in Small, Medium, Extra Large and Super Large are designed to give an air pocket of up to 3 inches between the 2 flaps in a door installation. And with the available wall tunnel kit, an air pocket of up to 9 inches. This is serious energy efficiency.
The Medium Ruff-Weather Pet Door measures 7.25 x 13 inches and is intended for dogs and cats up to 25 pounds.
The Extra-Large Ruff-Weather Pet Door measures 9.75 x 17 inches and is intended for dogs and cats up to 90 pounds.
The Super-Large Ruff-Weather Pet Door measures 15 x 23.5 inches and is intended for dogs and cats up to 120 pounds.

Comments about Ruff Weather - White:
This is the first time our seven year old lab has been exposed to a dog door. She figured it out on her second pass through the door. Nice that she has the freedom to come and go outside whenever she wants. Installed it in a garage man door leading to the backyard. We live in Idaho where winter is very cold and snowy and the dual door design keeps drafts (and bugs/spiders) outside. We liked it so much that we bought a second one and installed it in door from the house to the garage. Installation was very easy and took about 15 minutes (assuming someone has all the tools required).
