Super cute, but not perfect

Comments about Reversible Argyle Raincoat:
This coat is adorable on my 5lb Morkie, but it has some design flaws. I bought the small size, and it's the perfect length for her 12" body, but is a little too tight for her 12.5" chest. She doesn't love walking in it as much as I had hoped she would since she doesn't like getting wet in the rain. I know if I went up a size it would be way too long.
While the 2 pockets on the back are cute and functional, there is no slot for you to feed the leash through for a harness or collar. The hood is also more form than function as it doesn't fit comfortably over her head.
Also, while the coat technically is "reversible" since there is a design on the inner fabric side, I'm sure that any dog would be twice as uncomfortable having the raincoat part as the inside of the jacket. I'm sure it would rub and catch their fur and feel most unpleasent.
