I am a big fan of the world's best Lavender cat litter. We were using the original formula for several years but I was never a fan of its scent. The Lavender scent is refreshing and worth a try. A previous reviewer indicated that the oils were poisonous, in this products its definitely not the case. The level of oils are too insignificant to hurt your cat.

I love World's Best Cat Litter. And because I work for an animal rescue group in NYC, there is a lot of talk about what products are best for animals. This scented litter contains lavender oil and lavender oil is toxic to cats. Just google "lavender and cats" and you'll find lots of useful information on the subject. With that said, DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. Even inhaling lavender oil can lead to problems because the oils can get absorbed from the lungs into the bloodstream and then to the liver.
