When it arrived, I foolishly ripped the package open and threw the package in the recycling bin, along with the receipt. Days later, when I tried the toy, it barely works! Nothing happens when you press the forward button. The mouse does go backward,but only spins in circles. I thought it would go across the floor so my cats could chase it. All the cats do is stare at it spinning. It's too late to send back, so I'm keeping it, but it was a waste.
