Comments about Cosequin Capsules for Cats - 80 count:

Our older cat is very finicky about what he eats and how we give him his meds.
We found that if we open the capsule of cosequin, and dump the powder on a plate, wet 2 or 3 fingers with some liquid from a can of salmon or tuna, then mop up the powder with our wet fingers, our cat will lick our fingers until the powder has all been ingested,... piece of cake!!

Comments about Cosequin Capsules for Cats - 80 count:

The cruciate ligaments in our cat's hind legs were torn about 7 years ago. One was repaired surgically and the other was treated with medications alone (as was recommended by the vets). As he has gotten older, arthritis is setting in. We were giving him Cosequin once daily for years, and it kept him mobile. This past year, as the arthritis is progressing, he has been taking Cosequin twice daily. Before increasing his dosage to twice daily, he was struggling to walk and growling and crying in pain. Now he is walking, running, and climbing on our kitty shelves. We swear by Cosequin! I just wish it was available as a chewable treat. He doesn't like wet food, so sprinkling it on food is not an option. He has to be pilled....and he doesn't love that! It's not an option, though.
