LOVE THIS! The first time setup is a little confusing but once you figure it out, it's a snap. Also, make sure you buy the Litter Locker II GREEN LABEL REFILLS (the BLUE LABEL refills are for a different Litter Locker). My ONLY complaint is that you have to use two hands to transfer the waste from where you dump it in the top to the lower storage level.
