I fed my kitten Science Diet Indoor Kitten for the first month he was home because that was what he was used to at the shelter. Halo is a much better value for the price and has higher-quality ingredients. I wish their regular dry formula was grain-free because the new grain-free kind only comes in small bags right now and is only available in one flavor. I like to switch up his flavors because cats can develop allergies if exposed to 1 protein for too long. His coat is now much healthier and shinier due to Halo and people remark on how soft and silky his fur is. Proud cat mom!
