            Comments about Twitch Interactive Toy:

We had high hopes that this would keep the kitties amused so we could have some free time (to cook dinner, etc). I had a lot of trouble getting it to turn -- first few tries it did not move at all. One cat was afraid because the motor Grrrrrrs. The other cat unstuck it immediately and lost interest when it was lying on the floor. After several tries, we gave up. I don't even know where it is.

            Comments about Twitch Interactive Toy:

Season, my 11 year old extremely active cat didn't give this more than a passing glance. It was too slow and tame for her.

The string that dangles from it is too short and the suction cup is not strong enough to withstand a rambunctious cat at play. The string could be lengthened and have a breakaway feature added to keep it safe. That would also allow the toys at the end to be changed when they got old or the cat got bored. I also know that my cat Season likes to be able to run away with part of her toy, like she caught her prey.

However, Suki our 10 year Maine Coon is as laid back and lazy as they come. She was more than content to just sit and watch it move. She did like it best when it was placed on the floor which allowed the feathers to drag on the floor. She would go over and lie next to it and place her paw on them to stop them. She would even try to lie on the toy.

Our oldest cat Tess who 14 did't even look at it. She more of a catnip toy cat. Nothing requiring any movement or energy.

I do think this would be a good toy for a kitten. Especially with the feature that allows you to set it up to turn on at various times of the day.

This toy seems great on paper, but my cat couldn't be less interested. I wouldn't recommend this.
