This carrier is awesome. I had to take my cat on a flight - and she's not a good traveler. This is the only carrier I've seen where there is a small zipper on the upper side just big enough to put your hand in - so I was able to easily comfort her throughout my travels without worrying about her being able to get out - as long as I was touching her, she was pleased as punch. The over the shoulder strap - when I made it short - fits perfectly so she was up against me for added comfort and was less strain on my back/shoulder (and also made the zipper compartment for me to reach in extremely accessible). Last but not least - there are small clip locks so even if she got in a tizz they held the zippers closed (I had to put her down for a second going through security and she panicked for a moment but the clips kept her safely in place - there was no way she was getting it open). I threw away the other bag I had previously bought which was way more expensive. Whoever designed this bag put a lot of thought into it.
