I really like this bone because it's a tough rubber that the dogs can chew on it, yet doesn't make a loud bang when my dogs drop it on the hardwood floor like the hard bones do. My dogs don't totally love this toy, but I think that's my fault for buying the large when I should have gotten the medium. The ends of the large bone are pretty big to chew on, even for a lab boxer mix. They do love when I put dental sticks or other dog treats inside the bone though. Overall I would recommend this toy, but check the manufacturer's website for the sizing of the bones before you purchase

I have a 20 lb cockapoo who took a liking to this bone almost right away, but within a week he was able to crack the rubber and tear off a piece - choking hazard. I would have thought this bone was tough enough to handle his sharp teeth, but it wasn't. I had to take it away from him, and it ended up being a total waste of money.
