Comments about Chelsea Harness - Navy & Turquoise:

I ordered this harness for my new puppy and found the material to be too stiff. My concern was that it could chafe him or restrict him, or at the least be uncomfortable to him. I couldn't justify puttying such a rigid material on him. I returned this item and ordered the Harry Barker Eton Collar (which I love) and a harness made by Red Dingo, which was a thinner or more pliable material.
