Comments about Pioneer Pet Stainless Steel Fountain - Rain Drop Style:
My cats loved this fountain. It is really easy to clean and fill and not too noisy. I would give it five stars, except for one major problem. It is IMPOSSIBLE to find a replacement pump for it. I looked everywhere. I found one online store that had the right pump, but with shipping it would have cost almost as much as a whole new fountain. Mine lasted about a year, even with their "recommended maintenance" that they emphasize so heavily. The whole setup is expensive, but with the capacity to easily replace the pump, it *would* be worth it. Without a pump, I'm now stuck with a very expensive and useless stainless steel bowl.
